Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative person for Business Development to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, gathering project-related data, and contributing fresh ideas for marketing and sales. The candidate should be comfortable taking calls, communicating effectively, traveling for business-related work, and working outside the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data/information based on project requirements to assist in business development strategies.
  • Research potential markets, industries, and clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the team and clients.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings, representing the company professionally.
  • Propose new ideas for business growth during brainstorming.
  • Travel to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events as required.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze information effectively.
  • Creative mindset for proposing new ideas.
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
